The fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics are notoriously behind when it comes to inclusion and diversity. However, there is often a gap between a company's desire to promote I&D and its ability to do so. Join Lisa Napolione, Senior Vice President of Global Research & Development at The Estée Lauder Companies, to learn about the state of diversity in STEM, how to enable success through a culture of authenticity, and how to avoid pitfalls in improving I&D at work.
